ABOUT
Gabriela Prochazka is a multimedia artist specializing in light art and multimedia installations based between Stockholm and Prague. She delves into the confluence of art, technology, and modern culture. Gabriela holds a master's in Digital Media from the Faculty of Arts and Design UJEP. Additionally, she has furthered her studies through internships at the Universities of Art in Paris and the Bezalel Academy of Fine Arts in Jerusalem. She's currently enrolled in post-master studies at Konstfack University of Arts, Crafts, and Design in Stockholm.
Her art has been showcased in a variety of settings: galleries like Šopa Gallery, Chemistry Gallery, and Hranicar Gallery; AV performances at venues such as the National Gallery of Prague, as well as in Berlin at Berghain, OHM, Funkhaus, and Spektrum – art science community. Gabriela's work has also been shown at new media art festivals, including the Mira Festival, Lunchmeat Festival, Retune Festival in Berlin, Signal Festival of Lights, Rewire Festival in Amsterdam, International Festival of Technologies in Delft, and The New Now Festival in Essen.
